We are a small shop with just a handful of craftsmen. We don't ever plan to get so big that we lose touch with making cabinets with our hands. In a market swamped with woodwork built by a computer and a robot, we are sticking with the art of man working wood with his hands to create beauty. We hand select each board, saw blade, and router bit to best suit the project at hand.

Butch Folsom and his son, Bryan, started the shop to build furniture cabinetry for themselves. People heard what we were doing and the foundations of Knotfinished began. We are still out there on the floor and in the field building, designing and talking with you. Don't believe us, call...I dare you!

Our outstanding craftsmanship and products would mean nothing if the relationship between client and craftsman weren't there. We don't have a catalog of "stock" items you can buy for a reason. We build to meet a specific need. We determine the need through talking, sharing designs and drawings, and coming on site to see your space.
